• We represent Western quality for the delivery of our customers with a team of international and experienced specialists. • Experience, reliability, expertise, innovation, recognition, and trust - these core values are developed in all our processes. • Here we foster a friendly company culture based on openness, engagement, and trust. • Lead and manage business development projects focused on the EU & China markets. • Actively search for new prospective business customers, initiating and coordinating sales processes; • Identify and evaluate market trends, opportunities, and potential clients to drive business growth and expansion. • Develop and execute strategic plans, including market analysis, customer targeting, and setting sales objectives. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure successful project execution. • Monitor and analyze project performance, highlighting areas for improvement or potential risks. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of Everwest's services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development and project management, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry. • Solid understanding of the EU market, logistics operations, and industry trends (China market - advantage). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Multitasking abilities and strong attention to detail. • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
