• Evio Overview: Evio is a highly unique pharmacy solutions company that was founded by and works closely with health plans to implement transformative initiatives primarily focused on specialty and other high-cost medication solutions. • About the role: We’re excited to launch Pharma Value Solutions, which is a dynamic suite of best-in-class solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers. • Key Responsibilities: Bring a senior executive, general manager’s mindset and presence to the team. Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to launch and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; PharmD or MBA degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience, with a significant portion spent in sales roles within a pharmaceutical manufacturer and/or healthcare services organization. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets – high bar for excellence. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills – relentless but not “salesy.” • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends and develop novel market approaches that match Evio’s unique market position. • Collaborative team player mentality with a passion for developing partnerships. • Ability to travel as needed.
