• Manage the execution of market development strategic initiatives and operational activities • Assist in managing the market development budget, strategic planning, and leadership team initiatives • Provide problem solving, analytical, and project management support for the team • Develop detailed project timelines, work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports • Collaborate and communicate consistently with all leaders of market development • Establish and maintain positive relationships with leadership and team members • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service • Apply effective project management skills and strong organizational skills • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field; or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree • 5+ years of progressive, broad-based project experience • 2+ years managing operations including budget management and strategic planning • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities • Success with oral and written communications/presentations, influence and persuasion, results orientation, and teamwork skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
