• The Direct Marketing Manager will oversee our field marketing team, Pet Health Coaches, who work at the forefront of our direct marketing strategy. • This role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of key activities whether it’s in-store demonstrations, training retail staff, outdoor events, or building partnerships in the community. • This is a high-impact role, requiring a leader who thrives on driving results, motivating teams, and building relationships across the market to elevate our programs to the next level.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 Years experience in managing a large, geographically dispersed field marketing team. • Experience in outside sales desired. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret reports, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions. • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with proven track record of team performance driving results. • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to operate with internal teams and external partners. • Up to 75% travel required and must reside within 30–40 minutes of a major airport.
