Requirements
• Professional background • Invoicing, accounts receivable management & collections • Accounts payable entries and issue resolution • Account reconciliation including accruals & prepaid expense analysis • Proficiency with web-based accounting software applications • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online • Strong analytical skills • Professional working proficiency in English is required • Ability to handle multiple engagements simultaneously • Commitment and ability to meet critical business deadlines • Self-starter with strong organizational skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent research and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and social skills • Able to receive constructive feedback • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
