β€’ The HR Business partner role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, human capital planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement. β€’ This position acts as a single point of contact to business leaders for all Human Resource needs and coordinates the delivery of solutions through effective teamwork with the HR Discipline heads. β€’ The HRBP acts as coach and confidential advisor to the business leaders, providing feedback on style and environmental concerns observed within the division. β€’ This role plays a critical function in driving organizational performance through effective people management strategies.

Requirements

β€’ Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration or related field. β€’ 7+ Years of Human Resources experience with 4 years of HR experience in a business-facing role as a business partner/consultant, or generalist (with heavy advisory focus) experience. β€’ Experience partnering with and influencing business leaders and delivering results without direct authority by leading with business acumen and data. β€’ Talent management and leadership/employee coaching-advising experience. β€’ Professional certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred.
