• The HR Business partner role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, human capital planning, workforce planning, and employee engagement. • This position acts as a single point of contact to business leaders for all Human Resource needs and coordinates the delivery of solutions through effective teamwork with the HR Discipline heads. • The HRBP acts as coach and confidential advisor to the business leaders, providing feedback on style and environmental concerns observed within the division. • This role plays a critical function in driving organizational performance through effective people management strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in HR, Business Administration or related field. • 7+ Years of Human Resources experience with 4 years of HR experience in a business-facing role as a business partner/consultant, or generalist (with heavy advisory focus) experience. • Experience partnering with and influencing business leaders and delivering results without direct authority by leading with business acumen and data. • Talent management and leadership/employee coaching-advising experience. • Professional certification from SHRM or HRCI preferred.
