• Job Summary & Key Responsibilities: • We are on the lookout for a highly experienced Amazon E-commerce Specialist to manage our diverse Amazon portfolio and lead product launches from anywhere in the world. • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end brand strategies for Amazon Brands. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. • Product Listing Management: Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance visibility and conversion rates (familiarity to Amazon Seller Central preferred). Monitor inventory performance and adjust strategies based on demand forecasts • Advertising and Promotions: Plan and execute Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, etc.) to maximize ROI and drive traffic to product listings. Experience in driving Strategies in creating and managing successful advertising campaigns like developing promotional strategies and managing deal events (Lightning Deals, Coupons, etc.) to increase brand awareness and sales. • Creative Design: Managing conceptualising and overseeing the creative design process for brand materials and marketing campaigns • Client Management: Manage customer reviews and feedback, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive brand reputation including maintaining client relationships, meeting client expectations, and communication effectively • Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and prepare regular reports on brand performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and effective product launches. • Must Haves • Experience with any Amazon Agency OR Amazon Aggregator is mandatory • Experience in launching and managing an Amazon brand from A-Z • Experience in tools like Helium10 is preferred • Required analytical mindset for reviewing sales data and market trends, combined with excellent project management skills • Passion for exceptional customer service, drives my approach to achieving business success • Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience managing brands on Amazon (Seller Central or Vendor Central). • Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and advertising platforms. • Proven success in creating and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, product listings, and driving organic rankings. • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, FBA operations, and third-party tools (Helium10, JungleScout, etc.). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Skills & Competencies: • Amazon Marketplace Knowledge • Brand Positioning & Product Launch Management • Product Listing Optimization • Amazon Advertising (PPC) • Pricing and Promotion Strategy
