•Ensure production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications •Define operational financial goals •Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments •Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans •Partner with other business to establish strategic plans and goals •Implement appropriate HR strategies for workforce retention

Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training •A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred •Typically requires a minimum of 10+ years of related experience •Strong Data analytics, accounting, cost and pricing experience •Lean manufacturing ERP, MRP experience •Available to travel •Spanish / English EC37
