β€’ You will be challenged and stretched within a supportive environment β€’ Assists Account Executives with on-site account analysis at customer locations β€’ Data entry and managing the MIF Report β€’ Prepare strategies, proposals & quarterly reviews for the Sales Team β€’ Conducts research projects on prospecting lists β€’ Creates financial documents for the reps β€’ Data analysis, requesting info, digging up details, and preparing presentations including service profitability reports for reps β€’ Audit contracts and dealing paperwork before submission to shared services β€’ Day to Day processing of incoming orders and open order monitoring β€’ Works in conjunction with Shared Services and local logistics/ delivery team to ensure proper and timely delivery β€’ Day to Day operational duties for current and prospective accounts to provide additional product/services information β€’ Monitor Co-Op Credits and all Manufacturer's credits. β€’ Other duties as assigned

Requirements

β€’ Excellent customer relations skills β€’ Must possess strong organizational and time management skills β€’ Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision β€’ Excellent decision-making skills and possess the ability to multitask β€’ Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and attitude β€’ Must have the ability to work well in high-pressure situations and adapt easily to changing priorities β€’ Must have the ability to communicate and interact easily with team members of all organizational levels β€’ Must follow the policies and procedures set forth by Local Management and FTG β€’ Intermediate computer knowledge* MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
