Description

• Manage and efficiently respond to inbound leads • Create and deploy a detailed business plan to facilitate the attainment of goals and quota • Effectively manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce • Partner with our services teams to ensure opportunities are properly scoped and documented • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demos accurately and confidently • Understand prospective customers’ needs and speak to how Fluxx’s solutions bring value • Maintain and manage accurate business revenue forecasts • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits • Connect with key Customer executives and stakeholders • Meet/Exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or relevant sales role within SaaS • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience • Effective presentation and negotiation skills • Positive and motivated work ethic with experience working in remote first distributed workforce. • Highly collaborative mindset and experience working in a partnership selling environment with Customer Success and/or other teams
