• Proven experience in media buying on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices. • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and other key performance metrics. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Excel. • Experience managing performance marketing budgets at scale. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. • Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Airtable is a plus. • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Knowledge of the Health, Insurance, or Financial Services verticals is a strong advantage. • Flexibility to work across global time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
