Description

• At Ford Credit, the engine of our success is fueled by innovative and strategic initiatives that drive our financial services forward. • As a Change Analyst, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. • OCM steers the company by ensuring that the transitions in our business processes, systems, and technology are not only seamless but also pave the way for enhanced employee performance and customer satisfaction. • You will help facilitate and drive change initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with experience applying them in complex organizational settings • Proven track record of successfully managing organizational change initiatives • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines • Demonstrated project management experience • Program Governance Experience
