• Provide training, assessment, and supervision to behavior technicians • Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs • Conduct initial and annual assessments • Develop individualized behavior and services plans • Provide monthly parent/caregiver training • Observe and assess client skills

Requirements

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with the BACB • An eagerness to be a part of a caring team • A deep commitment to show up as a leader • Master's degree in Special Education or related field • Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills • Ability to work with various clients with minimal supervision • Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion • Good judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to work ethically with diverse populations • Must be located in Georgia
