Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Representatives in the acquisition and management of ezIQC projects. • Drive team performance, ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand customer base. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. • Ensure efficient collaboration between sales reps and the Contractor Engagement and Operations teams. • Oversee the management of the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of customer interactions. • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities for your team. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. • Serve as a key point of contact for major customer accounts. • Report regularly to senior management on team performance and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• A proven leader with a track record of success in managing high-performing sales teams within a fast-paced environment. • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to create and execute sales plans that meet and exceed company goals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships both within the team and with key customers. • Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines. • Experience establishing metrics and creating Daily Visual Management to monitor performance. • Proficient in CRM software, such as Salesforce, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and reporting. • A motivational presence that inspires action and accountability among team members. • A minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a related industry or with similar products.
