• FranShares is an innovative investment platform that democratizes access to franchise ownership. • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives. • This role is pivotal in expanding FranShares' investor base and enhancing brand awareness. • Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot's tools, including designing emails with drag-and-drop editors. • Implement and manage automated email workflows in HubSpot to nurture leads and engage existing investors. • Oversee the creation and delivery of transactional emails through HubSpot, ensuring compliance with best practices. • Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign performance, derive insights, and inform decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with HubSpot, particularly in email marketing, automation, and transactional emails. • Proficiency in designing and executing email campaigns using HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor and personalization features. • Demonstrated success in managing automated workflows and transactional email communications within HubSpot. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HubSpot's marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams. • Growth-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
