Description

• Freshpaint helps healthcare marketers promote access to care and safeguard patient privacy simultaneously. • You will have a diverse range of responsibilities in Finance & Operations that will continue evolving as the company scales. • You’ll work directly with our Head of Finance & Business Operations to build and scale our financial and operating infrastructure. • Track key SaaS metrics as well as support developing KPIs for decision-making. • Partner with teams in modeling forward-looking growth targets. • Analyze large data sets and identify trends and patterns. • Support Board and executive reporting. • Identify high ROI opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking, and 1-2 years of experience at high-growth B2B SaaS business • Experience in SaaS metrics, financial planning, modeling and creating data-driven analysis • Board / executive level reporting experience • Demonstrated excellent project management skills, ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement • High degree of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple priorities • Your work in Excel is accurate and clear • You get things done – fast. You learn fast and are able to get up to speed quickly on new tools and technologies. You take ownership and solve problems when you see them • You are empathetic and will enjoy collaborating with other departments • No job is too big or too small for you. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves • Based in the US.
