• Minimum 10 years of B2B SaaS product management experience with 5 years leading a team of product managers • Embody an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a passion for innovation and the ability to anticipate and shape industry trends • Proven track record of crafting a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy and quarterly roadmap that the product team and the entire company gets behind • Strong analytical and decision making skills with a knack for combining qualitative and quantitative data • Data-savvy - you find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting bogged down in analysis paralysis • Strong ability to crystalize complex concepts into actionable, strategic plans • Consistent track record dealing with complex projects and meeting conflicting prioritization and resourcing demands • Technically proficient - you have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built • World class communication with experience using it to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders
