• As FP&A and Business Operations Manager, shape financial forecasts and drive decisions • Create dashboards, forecast revenue, and support cross-functional initiatives • Analyze business metrics for growth and operational execution • Prepare board materials, ensuring stakeholders understand key data
Requirements
• Proven experience in FP&A, business analytics, or similar roles, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and dashboard creation using Excel, Sigma, Tableau, or similar tools • Deep understanding of business metrics and their role in decision-making • Strategic Mindset • Ability to translate data insights into strategic direction • Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach to complex challenges • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority • Excellent communication skills, particularly in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights • Enthusiasm for the gaming industry
