• Lead quality engineering strategy by ingraining quality into engineering organization • Provide expert-level quality engineering knowledge and hands-on problem-solving expertise. • Accountable for testing strategies and tools focusing on automation, continuous integration and delivery. • Define and execute standards for product release readiness. • Collaborate with development teams for quality software releases. • Implement best practices for measurable velocity and quality control standards. • Track and improve quality engineering KPIs. • Foster excellence and continuous improvement across business portfolios.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering or related technical field • 10+ years experience in engineering management roles • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and application • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, methodologies and best practices • Ability to work with multifunctional, global teams in a fast-paced setting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
