• Fundraise Up is looking for a Sr. BDR who has a passion for exceptional top of funnel execution. • You are exceedingly process oriented and find yourself actively looking for opportunities to optimize your current sales process. • You have experience working within a modern outbound technology stack such as Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Clay. • You are currently the top performing Business Development Representative with 12-18 months of successful quota attainment. • Personalization must be the foundation of your Outbound Outreach. • You’re exceptionally great at nurturing a 'no' and eventually turning it into a 'yes'. • You understand that early-stage companies move and iterate quickly.
• Minimum 12 months of SaaS B2B Outbound experience. • Experience in non-profit technology is strongly appreciated but not required. • Experience communicating with VP+ contacts within accounts +$30k of annual contract value. • You’re exceptional at multi-threading and are comfortable working 3+ contacts within an organization at any given time.
