•5+ years in sales compensation, finance, or data analysis in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus. •High Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce, Xactly, or other sales compensation software is a strong advantage. •Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. •High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information to cross-functional stakeholders. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and adapt to rapid changes.
