Requirements

• In-depth Knowledge of Dayforce: Have an expert-level understanding of Dayforce to guide the business through innovative solutions and system optimisation • Process Improvement: Deep understanding of current Dayforce processes with the capability to suggest and implement meaningful improvements • Data-Driven Strategy & Project Delivery: Experience in driving data-driven strategies and delivering projects within Dayforce to enhance system performance and efficiency • Track Record of Change Delivery: Proven history of delivering change at pace within the Dayforce system, ensuring continuous improvement • Hypothesis-Driven Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a hypothesis-driven approach, using data to communicate insights and drive decisions
