• Seizing opportunities as a Quality Analyst Advisor supporting GDIT client • Helping ensure compliance throughout quality assurance processes • Ensuring the quality of products and services throughout the program • Implementing new processes with a high focus on consistency and measurement of success • Reporting on QA/QC activities and program compliance to senior management

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of experience or 12+ years of experience in lieu of degree • ITIL Foundation Certification or experience in IT Systems Management environment preferred (required to have ITIL Certification within 3 months if hired) • Working knowledge of CMMI-SVC framework and auditing best practices • Configuration Management experience • Risk Management experience • Agile Methodologies experience • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite Products • Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites/Teams Channels • Strong Interpersonal Skills • Solid communication skills - verbal and written • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask in a stressful environment • Experience working remotely
