Description

• Help manage the operations of strategic partners. • Ensure that alliances operate effectively and efficiently. • Monitor GDT compliance and certification training with strategic partnerships. • Act as a liaison between GDT, Legal, and partner organizations. • Assist in preparing regular reports on the Alliance's performance.

Requirements

• Prior partner management experience is required. • 2-3 years of experience in alliance management, project management, or operations management is preferred. • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is required. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. • Detail oriented. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures. • Ability to identify and mitigate risks. • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
