• Responsible for owning the Aero New Units IT partnership and overall delivery of the portfolio of programs. • Accountable for planning, forecasting, and working across matrixed teams for the end-to-end lifecycle of feature and/or projects. • Positively impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. • Provides ongoing process, feature and solution guidance, input, and direction to product and platform teams. • Collaborates with all levels of the business to align IT objectives to Aero Hoshin Kanri.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of technical experience along with established leadership credentials across disciplines and functions within IT program/product areas. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar. • Expert using agile program management methodologies. • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal). • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals. • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies. • Strong global team player. • Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others. • Intense customer focus. • Lean expertise. • Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills. • Experience in ERP implementation/configuration and Salesforce technologies. • PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe or related Project Management certifications.
