• Manage day-to-day screening activity in compliance with regulations. • Oversee administration of screening tools and track performance indicators. • Conduct business risk assessments related to sanctions and export controls. • Maintain screening policies and provide training. • Assess ITC issues during due diligence for transactions. • Provide ITC advice on corporate issues. • Support audits and enhancements for compliance systems. • Assist with investigations of non-compliance and disclosures. • Support compliance culture across the enterprise. • Manage special projects for compliance improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college. • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in trade compliance. • Experience with the application of ITC regulations (ITAR, EAR, Customs), including sanctions and embargos, in high volume environments. • Knowledge of DECCS, SNAP-R, and/or OCR EASE. • Knowledge of business systems and software, such as Salesforce, Oracle and SAP. • Willing to take on challenges. • Ability to adapt and grow in an expanding organization. • Commitment to compliance and integrity. • Strong judgement and analytical skills. • Customer relationship, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Proactive, organized, and detail oriented.
