• Responsible for business development of food ingredients and nutraceuticals • Analyze market and product range to find new potential • Build close relationships with suppliers and customers • Visit customers, analyze needs, create value propositions • Participate in production trials, implement small-scale trials • Project management in cooperation with Customer Service Manager • Align sales strategy with help of Category and Country Managers
• Degree in Food Technology (or similar) • Minimum 3 year’s experience in the food industry (production/sales) preferred • Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development • Exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills • High willingness to travel • Very organized, reliable, positive thinking • Very good knowledge of English, local languages and Russian (fluent in spoken and written)
