Description
• Develop and maintain dashboards to address stakeholders' business inquiries. • Ensure close collaboration with stakeholders and a thorough understanding of the business domain. • Design and support self-service tools, such as alerting systems. • Conduct ad hoc research and analysis to support business intelligence initiatives. • Take full ownership of the metrics system within the assigned analytical area. • Provide analytical support for data-driven products, including tools like RevealBot, AdBraze, and queueback appeal systems.
Requirements
• At least 1 year of business experience is essential. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and databases at a basic level. • Expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools, with strong data visualization skills. • Solid understanding of business metrics and the ability to digitize and model business processes. • Familiarity with statistics and the ability to interpret and work effectively with data. • Effective business communication skills, including the ability to explain concepts, build arguments, and persuade others. • A proactive approach with a focus on execution, autonomy, and a strong sense of ownership. • Nice To Have: Experience with cloud databases. • Familiarity with tools like Amplitude and GrowthBook. • Skills in creating alerts and monitoring systems.
