β€’ Join Gilead as a Senior Recruiter Talent Advisor, recruiting for diverse functional areas within the biopharmaceutical industry β€’ Manage a substantial volume of requisitions, deliver full life cycle recruitment, promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and utilize various tech tools for recruitment efficiency.

Requirements

β€’ HS Diploma/GED with 9+ years OR an AA/AS degree with 7 + Years OR a BS/BA degree with 5 + years OR a MA/MS degree with 3+ years of experience recruiting in biopharmaceutical industry β€’ Healthcare/ Medical Device or Biopharmaceutical related industry β€’ Experience successfully recruiting in cross functional matrixed corporate environment β€’ Experience managing hi-volume in-house recruiting delivery within a large organization is highly desired β€’ Direct knowledge of HR functional disciplines, e.g., employee relations, full cycle recruiting, compensation / benefits, Immigration, relocation, applicant tracking, OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs), Reporting, Presentation, Sourcing, Market Analytics β€’ Ability to quickly establish credibility with diverse audiences and deliver results β€’ Robust collaboration and problem-solving mindset, and a history of successfully influencing partners whilst maintaining respectful and trusted relationships β€’ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills β€’ Strong project management skills β€’ Able to exercise judgement and independently resolve and take appropriate action where precedent may not exist β€’ Strong preference for local candidates, but flexible on location β€’ Role model for Gilead core values and Leadership Commitments β€’ Must be willing to work onsite at a Gilead Office 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) unless the successful candidate is categorized as remote.
