Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing complex platform services, especially in workflow management, orchestration tools, and UI / UX frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to work closely with internal customers, especially PMs of business applications. • Excellent skills in managing and prioritizing requirements, particularly with conflicting needs. • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse cross-functional teams. • Expertise in creating detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) and specifications. • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking, analyzing market trends and user feedback. • Proficiency in defining and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure platform performance. • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Solid technical foundation, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Skilled in techniques like example mapping to align teams on requirements.
