• A Recruitment Coordinator/HR Help line will assist with candidate screening calls and administrative tasks • Works closely with medical professionals or health insurance companies to ensure best interests are met. • Taking in phone calls, answering general questions, transferring to correct departments, answering payroll concerns • Tracking, notating and updating the system for downtime if there are not many calls • Updating the systems, uploading files, and sometimes drafting contracts for new hires • Managing inbound and outbound calls to and from employees and staff
• Demonstrates excellent time management, strong attention to detail, accuracy, impartiality, organization, and computer competences • Must have excellent English communication and written skills • Able to work with different web-based tools • Has a very stable internet connection • Experiences in sourcing, recruitment, human resources, and admin tasks are a big plus • Easily trained with minimal supervision • Must have 1-2 years of healthcare experience • Must have a working USB type headset (wireless and mobile phone headsets are not allowed)
