Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the legal industry. • Identify decision-makers and present the company’s legal outsourcing services. • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up meetings for senior sales representatives. • Maintain a detailed log of calls, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools. • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales. • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. • Stay updated on industry trends and the company’s service offerings. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cold calling, preferably in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) or a related industry. • Proven track record of generating leads and meeting sales targets. • Strong understanding of legal services and the outsourcing industry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and build rapport over the phone. • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
