Description

• Goboony is the leading online platform for sharing private campervans. • As a Support Intern, you'll mix customer contact, collaboration, and camper humour. • Every day, explore new possibilities to connect campers and travellers. • Opportunity to influence processes within the company. • Guide customers with damage claims and disputes. • Help new renters with their camper ads on the platform. • Ensure smooth payment transactions.

Requirements

• Preferably 6 to 9 months starting from February or March 2024. • Available to work at least 4 days per week alongside your assignments. • Need to live primarily in the Netherlands. • Following a relevant education in the Netherlands (HBO/MBO/WO). • Good interpersonal and communication skills. • Proactive work style and eager to learn. • Having a British background or in-depth knowledge of British culture is a valuable asset.
