Requirements

• Ability to write accurate and precise OKRs • Prior Experience or understanding of LMS/MOOC Industry • Previous experience as an APM or PM • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum environments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with Pendo, Google Analytics, Clickup/JIRA and Wireframing tools (Balsamiq, Whimsical, etc.) is a bonus • Previous experience of proven UI/UX skills is a plus • Ability to lead without formal authority and guide other departmental leaders to outcomes • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
