Description

• Provide advisory and independent engineering services for utility and commercial-scale energy projects • Assist with all aspects of the technical (and commercial) analysis of project development and financing of client’s grid technology systems • Work cross-functionally with developers, contractors, investors, lenders, governmental agencies, and other stakeholders • Apply knowledge of engineering design principles, layout optimization, and equipment procurement and commissioning to deliver high-quality consulting services • Support internal and external clients as a subject matter expert on various power and energy projects (mostly renewables and energy storage) and grid technologies

Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering or a related field • At least 5 years of technical consulting experience in power and energy project development • Advanced knowledge of NEC standards • Demonstrated experience in project development, including design, construction, and operations • Strong communications skills and the ability to distill technical issues and their impact on business decisions into non-technical language • Adept at managing multiple projects and schedules simultaneously • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride of ownership
