• Responsible for managing partnerships to support candidates and grow political movement. • Turn ideas into actionable plans and results. • Liaise between partners and internal teams. • Build proactive relationships with partners. • Lead and ensure success of Advisory Council. • Monitor engagement and results of partnerships. • Evaluate and make data-driven decisions. • Plan and project manage activations at events. • Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer and teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or sales. • MBA preferred. • Understanding of the American political system. • Proven track record of achieving goals. • Effective communicator with strategic thinking. • Highly organized to manage multiple relationships. • Advocates for using cutting-edge technology, including CRM best practices.
