Description

• Assist the Sales Director with administrative tasks and provide support throughout the sales process. • Enter new prospects in the CRM system and maintain accuracy. • Develop and support campaigns to support pipeline growth. • Manage and qualify leads to maintain the sales pipeline. • Document campaign execution and management activities in the CRM system. • Report on progress to the Direct Line Manager. • Participate actively in new business planning.

Requirements

• Completed relevant education and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Support position. • Passionate about the world of digital solutions. • Professional verbal and excellent written communication skills in English. • Excellent probing and listening skills. • The ability to convey information and analyze prospect requirements. • A strong work ethic; self-directed, proactive and flexible. • A positive attitude and willingness to learn while doing. • Knowledge of software / SAAS / web based applications or creative/3D solutions.
