📋 Description
• Design and build products that help companies grow. • A research hub for one client, a micro app for another, a full marketing site for the next. • Own it from concept to production code. • Design in the browser, not just in Figma. • Write real React and TypeScript that ships to real users. • Work directly with clients. • Sit in kickoffs, understand the product and the audience, and propose how it should look and feel. • Set the visual bar for client work. • Establish patterns, component libraries, and design standards. • Know what's possible with **Output.ai**. • Propose the right product experience for each one.
🎯 Requirements
• Designer who codes. • Think in components, not just pixels. • Comfortable in React, TypeScript, and Tailwind. • Take a rough idea and have a working prototype in the browser before most designers have finished their first Figma frame. • Taste over process. • Strong opinions about design. • Care about the craft — but express that through speed, not preciousness. • Progress over perfection. • Prototype fast, ship fast, and refine based on real traffic — not assumptions. • Product-minded. • Think about what the user is trying to do, and what the simplest path to the outcome is. • Comfortable with ambiguity. • Take a vague brief and turn it into something clear without needing everything spelled out. • AI-native. • Live in Claude Code. • Use AI to move faster — generating components, iterating on layouts, exploring ideas. • Stay on top of how AI is changing design itself.
