Description

• Seeking an experienced Solution Consultant with a strong AI and ML background. • Work closely with sales teams, customers, and engineering to showcase AI, ML, and GenAI solutions. • Drive technology adoption to transform the insurance industry with intelligent automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, or technical sales, with a focus on AI, ML, and preferably GenAI technologies. • Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts, algorithms, and practical applications, including experience with Generative AI models like GPT-4 or similar. • Familiarity with recent GenAI trends and techniques, such as large language models, transformers, and diffusion models, and their applications in the insurance industry. • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proficiency with AI/ML and GenAI tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar libraries. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to address customer challenges effectively. • Proven experience delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations to diverse audiences.
