Description

• Hiring a Software Engineering Manager for our GenAI team in Brazil! • Work on AI technologies to enhance user experiences and optimize operations. • Lead software engineers in developing generative AI applications and API integrations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers. • Conduct research on generative AI advancements and stay updated with trends. • Inspire and empower others by valuing wellbeing and fostering a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field; • Strong skills in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, C or C++; • Experienced with SQL/NoSQL technologies (e.g., OpenSearch, DynamoDB); • Experience with API development and integration; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese; • Able to work on highly scalable and distributed projects; • Proven experience with projects where scope is not clearly defined; • Fast learner with adaptability to new technologies; • Passion for building reliable MVPs in short time frames; • Experience working with modern agile product development teams; • Keen on team collaboration and interpersonal skills; • Lead by example as an inspiring technical leader;
