Description

• Halcyon is the industry’s first dedicated, adaptive security platform that combines multiple proprietary advanced prevention engines along with AI models focused specifically on stopping ransomware. • FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis efforts to support Halcyon’s growth and financial objectives. • Reporting directly to the COO, this individual will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights, operational data, and strategic recommendations to help the company navigate the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape. • The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS environments. • Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. • Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams, influencing decision-making through financial insights. • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and FP&A tools (e.g., Hyperion, Adaptive Insights, Tableau). • Deep understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and corporate finance. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior executives. • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities. • Experience in the tech or cybersecurity sector is highly desirable, particularly in revenue recognition, SaaS models, and product-based financial analysis. • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong team player who can build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
