β’ Analyzing HR systems to identify gaps and offer recommendations β’ Reviewing policies and providing recommendations related to workforce planning, analytics, recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, and performance management β’ Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Training Materials β’ Drafting, revising, developing, and maintaining SOPs and training materials β’ Creating manuals, guides, job aids, and video tutorials β’ Ensuring SOPs and reference materials are clear and comprehensive β’ Reviewing and updating training materials β’ Providing operational support for recruitment and staffing tasks and projects β’ Processing personnel actions utilizing different systems β’ Utilizing a tracking/intake system to ensure timely processing of personnel actions β’ Collaborating and providing support to various teams and stakeholders β’ Experience with electronic storage and management of HR-related documents and materials
β’ Minimum of at least 6 years of Federal HR Experience β’ Expertise in human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR policy development β’ In-depth knowledge of Federal and Agency laws and regulations related to HR operations β’ Strong analytical skills β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β’ Proficiency in managing personnel actions β’ Ability to collaborate and provide support β’ Experience with electronic storage and management of HR-related documents and materials
