Description

• Headspace’s B2B Commercial Operations team is seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to support the Client Success team. • Responsible for implementing change management and supporting process improvement efforts by identifying potential areas for enhancement. • Interact with technical and business teams to ensure quality and consistency of reporting. • Create custom reports and/or dashboards for internal and external business stakeholder use. • Design and manage complex queries, dashboards for operational/performance reporting metrics based on departmental needs. • Monitor and report on Service Delivery functions against SLAs; identify business process bottlenecks and recommend improvements. • Understand system architecture of upstream and downstream impacts when implementing solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation and user-guides for end users.

Requirements

• 2+ years of analytical, business operations, and/or statistical experience • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, etc) • High proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel advanced functions and Power BI), data analytic tools (e.g. Looker) and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) • Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills • Ability to synthesize data into written narrative and communicate findings effectively; requires strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time • Ability to think out of the box and automate manual processes • Ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience • Strong knowledge and experience with Relational Databases & SQL • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, etc. • Experience with data QA and validation measures
