Requirements
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or Senior Developer, ideally in a fast-paced start-up or dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers. • Strong understanding of software architecture, technology stack development, and API-driven systems. • Extensive full-stack development experience, including front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs. • Proficiency in AWS and SaaS development, with a focus on Enterprise-level solutions. • Experience driving high-quality engineering practices, including code reviews and testing strategies. • Excellent problem-solving, technical decision-making, and communication skills (both written and verbal). • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environment. • Experience working within Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
