Description

• At Backpack Healthcare we believe that clinician satisfaction = client satisfaction • Backpack Healthcare is an online behavioral health company whose sole purpose is to provide access to care for children • This is a salary + benefits position, not fee for service • You will need to be “open” for a minimum of 30 hours per week • You will utilize your expertise to develop/review treatment plans, psychosocial evals, and complete notes daily • Agreed to participate in meetings and weekly case-consultation groups • Compensation varies depending on years of relevant experience, advanced certifications, and fluency in Spanish

Requirements

• LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT • Active Maryland license • Interest in providing minimum of 8 sessions/week • Energetic and ambitious attitude • Access to high-speed internet • Entrepreneurial mindset • Excellent organization and time-management skills • Proficient computer skills (bonus if experience working with AdvancedMD EHR)
