Description

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, including team leadership and process improvements. • Manage relationships with multiple pharmacy partners and address supply chain challenges. • Develop and implement operational strategies to reduce time to treatment and improve patient outcomes. • Ensure financial success and growth in alignment with company goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience and drive business growth. • Monitor and improve medication approval processes, enhancing patient retention and engagement. • Drive continuous improvement in patient experience by reducing escalations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, vendor management, and/or compounding pharmacies. • Direct experience working in the business operations side of a pharmacy, including finance, process optimization, and growth strategies. • Hands-on experience in a compounding pharmacy, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational best practices. • Experience as a Pharmacy Technician (Pharm Tech) in a compounding pharmacy environment • Demonstrated success in reducing time to therapy and improving patient engagement and retention. • Strong experience in vendor management, supply chain integration, and operational excellence. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and improve key performance metrics.
