Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in S&OP processes, inventory management, and demand/supply forecasting • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Proven leadership and team development abilities • Proficiency in S&OP software, ERP systems, and advanced planning tools • Competent using MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems to extract data and generate reports • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Experience with data analytics tools
