Description
• Hims & Hers seeks a self-motivated and pragmatic Litigation Counsel to join the legal team. • Responsible for managing litigation, providing legal guidance, and partnering with business teams. • Work on issues at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce.
Requirements
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and current active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction. • 5+ years of experience practicing at a law firm, government, or in-house. • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including top-notch litigation drafting skills. • Ability to think quickly and simultaneously manage a complex workload and shifting priorities while meeting tight internal and external deadlines. • Resourceful self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and positive attitude. • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
