Description
• Hims & Hers is looking to hire a Finance Manager - Headcount to join our finance organization. • You will own and be responsible for reporting on and managing our headcount and associated compensation elements. • This role is critical to ensure we continue to scale our organization in a disciplined way, using an analytical approach.
Requirements
• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, and/or consulting • Experience in technology/consumer retail or at a high-growth start-up is preferred but not required • Experience with Headcount mgmt, online subscription businesses, and metrics concepts is a plus • Experience in Excel and Google Workspace • Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious, loves the challenge of bringing structure to complex unstructured problems
