• Are you ready to take your Paid Social advertising expertise to the next level? • Join us at HIP Creative Inc. as our newest Meta Media Buyer, where you'll spearhead targeted lead generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, catering specifically to the orthodontic and dental niche. • Your strategic prowess will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI while collaborating closely with our Client Success team to ensure client satisfaction and success. • This role is perfect for a proactive, data-driven individual with a knack for navigating the evolving landscape of digital marketing, looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. • Proven experience in managing lead generation campaigns, preferably within the orthodontic or dental niche. • Expertise in Paid Social advertising, with a solid understanding of other media channels such as Display and Adroll remarketing. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools to evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and collaborate with internal teams. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot performance issues, meet KPIs, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. • Strategic thinking and proactive approach to identifying areas of opportunity and improvement within campaigns. • Proficiency in using online tools and platforms such as ClickUp, HighLevel (CRM), Slack, Zoom and Google Workspace. • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision in budget pacing and content creation. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
